Paste flagged, not blocked
By default, pasted text is flagged in amber and logged to revision history — instructors see exactly what was pasted and when. Assignments can also require typing only, with no pasting at all.
Brain breaks catch autotypers
Short in-editor checks fire every 100–200 words of active writing (you choose the intensity), interrupting the scripts some students use to fake a human typing cadence.
